華語中心學生特別規定 / CLC Student Special Requirements

• 夏季班繳費義務：華語中心華語班學生（非學位生或交換生）必須完成 2026年夏季班（6月至8月）之報名及繳費手續，才具備申請資格。
  CLC students (non-degree/non-exchange) MUST complete registration and tuition payment for the 2026 Summer Session (June–August) to be eligible.
• 獎學金生 (MOE/HES)：受獎生必須先繳交至少第一期款學費，方得申請。
  Scholarship students (MOE, HES) MUST pay at least the first installment of tuition before applying.

獎學金目的 / Purpose

本校為鼓勵外國學生積極提升華語文能力，促進華語學習成效，特訂定本辦法。
To encourage international students to improve their Chinese proficiency and promote effective learning.

獎勵金額及名額 / Amount and Quota

申請資格 / Eligibility

• 修課條件：2025/12/1 – 2026/12/31 期間修讀本校或華語中心密集班課程。
  Enrolled in NCHU or CLC courses between Dec 1, 2025 and Dec 31, 2026.
• 測驗條件：2026 年內取得 TOCFL Level 3 或 Level 4 以上成績。
  Achieved TOCFL Level 3 or 4+ in 2026.
• 帳戶條件：限持有中華郵政 (Post) 帳戶，否則不具資格。
  Must hold a Chunghwa Post account to be eligible.

  Copy of Post Bank Passbook

  Summer Session Payment Proof (CLC students only)

申請時程 / Schedule

第一梯次 (114-2) / First Round:
2026/03/23 – 06/21

第二梯次 (115-1) / Second Round:
2026/09/21 – 10/30

* 第一梯次獎勵金預計於 2026 年 7 月發放。
* Round 1 scholarship is scheduled for disbursement in July 2026.

重要備註 / Important Notes:

• 曾獲 2025 年本獎學金者不得申請。
  Previous 2025 recipients are ineligible.
• 只能擇一申請 TOCFL Level 3 或 Level 4。
  May only apply for Level 3 OR Level 4.
• 若人數超過名額，將依 TOCFL 成績排名審查。
  Selection based on TOCFL scores if applications exceed quota.
• 發放時若無在台就學事實（如交換期滿返國），不具領取資格。
  Must be enrolled in Taiwan at time of disbursement.
