獎學金目的
本校為鼓勵外國學生積極提升華語文能力，促進華語學習成效，特訂定本辦法。
 
Purpose
These regulations are established to encourage international students to actively improve their Chinese language proficiency and promote effective Chinese language learning.
 
申請資格
凡於114 至115 年大專校院外國學生華語能力精進計畫執行期間，即2025 年12 月1 日至2026 年12 月31 日，在中興大學或中興大學華語中心密集班修讀至少一門(含)以上華語課程之外國學生，並參加2025 年12 月1 日至2026 年12 月31 日期間的華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)且通過Level 3(進階級)、Level 4(高階級)(包含)以上者，得申請本獎勵金。
 
Eligibility
International students who meet all of the following criteria during the execution period of the Ministry of Education's Chinese Language Proficiency Enhancement Program for International Students (Academic Years 2025-2026), from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, are eligible to apply for this scholarship:
 
Enrolled in at least one Chinese language course at National Chung Hsing University or the Intensive Chinese Program at NCHU Chinese Language Center.
Took the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2026 Achieved Level 3 (Intermediate), Level 4 (Advanced), or above
 
 
獎勵金額及名額
 
1.    通過TOCFL Level 3(進階級)者，每名獎勵金新臺幣7,000 元，每學期名額15 名。
2.    通過TOCFL Level 4(高階級) (包含)以上者，每名獎勵金新臺幣12,000 元，每學期名額10 名。
 
Scholarship and Amount and Quota
 
1. Students who pass TOCFL Level 3 (Intermediate): NT$7,000 per student, 15 recipients per semester
2. Students who pass TOCFL Level 4 (Advanced) or above: NT$12,000 per student, 10 recipients per semester.
 
 
申請及審查時程
(一) 申請期間：
1. 第一梯次114 學年第二學期：自2026 年3 月23 日起至6 月21 日止。
2. 第二梯次115 學年第一學期：自2026 年9 月21 日起至10 月30 日止。
 
(二) 審查程序： 由華語中心進行資料與資格初審，並於截止日後二週內公告結果。
(三) 獎勵金撥付： 審查通過後，依本校作業程序統一辦理。
(四) 曾獲精進獎學金者，不得再次申請。
(五) 只能擇一申請TOCFL Level 3(進階級)或TOCFL Level 4(高階級)。
 
Application and Review Schedule
 
(A) Application Periods:
1. First Round (Academic Year 2025 Spring Semester): March 23, 2026 to June 21, 2026
2. Second Round (Academic Year 2026 Fall Semester): September 21, 2026 to October 30, 2026
 
(B) Review Process: The Chinese Language Center will conduct preliminary document and eligibility review, and announce results within two weeks after the application deadline.
 
(C) Scholarship Disbursement: After approval, scholarships will be disbursed according to university administrative procedures.
 
(D) Previous recipients of this scholarship are not eligible to reapply.
 
(E) Applicants may only apply for ONE level: either TOCFL Level 3 (Intermediate) OR Level 4 (Advanced).
 
 
申請程序
申請人應於規定期限內繳交下列資料：
 
1. 申請表（至Google Form 報名並上傳以下資料）。
2. 中興大學華語課程或華語中心密集班成績單或修課截圖。
3. 華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)成績證明。
 
Application Procedures
Applicants must submit the following documents within the specified deadline:
 
1. Application form (register on Google Form and upload the following documents)
2. Transcript or screenshot of Chinese language course(s) taken at NCHU or the NCHU Chinese Language Center Intensive Program
3. TOCFL score certificate
 
 
審查標準
1. 申請者之華語文能力測驗日期於2025 年12 月1 日至2026 年期間取得。
2. 若申請人數逾名額上限，則以華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)成績為主進行排名； 如有需要，得綜合華語課程成績或其他相關條件，最終由審查單位決定。
3. 審查單位得視資料完整度與實際情況綜合考量。
4. 若獲獎者經查不符合資格或提供不實資料，華語中心有權取消其獎勵並追回已發放金額。
 
Review Criteria
1. The applicant's TOCFL test date must fall between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2026.
2. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, ranking will be based primarily on TOCFL scores. If necessary, Chinese language course grades or other relevant factors may be considered, with final decisions made by the review committee.
3. The review committee may comprehensively consider the completeness of documents and actual circumstances.
4. If a scholarship recipient is found to be ineligible or to have provided false information, the Chinese Language Center reserves the right to revoke the scholarship and reclaim any disbursed funds.
