FAQ

One week before class starts, please visit our office (Room 308) with the following documents to complete payment and registration.
 

 Original Passport

 Original Scholarship Certificate

 Tuition and Registration Fees

Scholarship students can pay their tuition in two installments per quarter:

1. Scholarship students can pay their tuition in two installments per term (Spring, Winter NT$27,500; Summer, Fall NT$30,000).
The first installment, totaling NT$11,000 (including a NT$1,000 registration fee), must be paid at the time of registration.
The remaining tuition for the first quarter can be paid after receiving the scholarship, but no later than the 15th of the second month of that semester.


2. Starting from the second term, please pay the first installment (half of the total tuition) before the course begins, and the second installment by the end of the first month.

Within 3 days after registration, please complete the following procedures:



1. If you have a Resident Visa, please prepare the following documents according to the National Immigration Agency website.

Upload the following documents to the "Online Application System" to apply for an ARC online.

After paying the fee, wait for approval, then download the e-ARC or collect the physical ARC card from the National Immigration Agency.
  • Digital file of a 2-inch headshot taken within the last 2 years.
    • The background must be white.
 
  • Digital file of your passport and resident visa.
    • The passport must be valid for at least six months and have blank pages.
 
  • Digital file of proof of current residence.
    • Such as a lease agreement, for the person being allowed to reside, photocopy of property ownership deed or photocopy of both sides of the identity card of a national property owner with a statement of consent.
 
  • Digital files of other documents requested on a case-by-case basis.

2. If you do not have a Resident Visa, please go to the National Immigration Agency, Taichung First Service Center to fill out the application form to apply for a Uniform ID Number.

 
 Open your post office account.

After completing the procedures, please submit your "Uniform ID Number," "photocopy of post office passbook cover," and "Scholarship Certificate" through the Google Form provided by our center to facilitate scholarship disbursement.
