Registration for Scholarship Recipient Chinese Language Center, National Chung Hsing University

The actual registration period starts one week prior to the beginning of the term. You must then register in person at Room 307 of the Chinese Language Center (Wan-Nien Hall). 【Office Location】

Please bring the following documents when registering:

Original passport

Original scholarship certificate

We will make copies of these documents and include them in your dossiers.

After registration, please complete the following procedures within 3 days:

You need to apply for an Alien Residence Certificate (ARC) at the Taichung Immigration Office which is located on 1F., No.22, Wenxin S. 3rd Rd., Nantun Dist., Taichung City.

You also need to go to the nearest post office to open an account.

After completing the process, please provide the Center with a copy of your ARC and a copy of the cover page of your postal account passbook to facilitate the scholarship deposit procedure.

Please provide the Center with your health examination document within a month after your registration.

For the examination, we recommend that you can visit China Medical University Hospital(中國醫藥大學附設醫院).
