1. Students holding a Visitor Visa for studying Chinese purpose.

2. Have continuously studied a minimum of 4 months of study, and from the date of application, continuous registration for at least 3 months.

3. Absences, including leave, must not exceed one-fourth of the total class hours.

Please prepare the following documents based on the National Immigration Agency website:

1. Digital file of a 2-inch headshot taken within the last 2 years.

• The background must be white.

• The passport must be valid for at least six months.

• Designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's designated health examination hospitals
• Overseas health examination certificates must be verified by a ROC (Taiwan) overseas mission.
• Resident Health Examination Items Form

• You must have continuously studied a minimum of 4 months of study, and from the date of application, continuous registration for at least 3 months.
• Your absence hours, including leave, must not exceed one-fourth of the total class hours.

• Such as a lease agreement, for the person being allowed to reside, photocopy of property ownership deed or photocopy of both sides of the identity card of a national property owner with a statement of consent.

1. 15 days before your visa expires, go to the National Immigration Agency's Online Application System to upload all required documents and apply for ARC.

2. After the review and approval, pay the fee.

3. Download the e-ARC or go to the National Immigration Agency to get your ARC card.
