Qualifications

ARC holders or scholarship recipients

Required Documents

General Foreign Students:

1. Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)

2. Second form of identification (such as a passport, NHI card, or driver's license)

3. Personal seal

4. At least NT$10 in cash
 

Required Documents for Scholarship Recipients:
 
1. Scholarship certificate
 
2. Proof of enrollment provided by our center
 
3. Unified Identification Number (please go to the National Immigration Agency to fill out the application form to apply for a Unified Identification Number)
 
4. Second form of identification (such as a passport, NHI card, or driver's license)
 
5. Personal seal

6. At least NT$10 in cash

※Account opening must be done in person; it cannot be handled by a proxy.
